ASEDA Executive Director
New Executive Director Jeff W. Rabon, brings over 20 years of experience to the Absentee Shawnee Economic Development Authority, Inc. From a Congressional staffer in the late ‘80’s and early ‘90’s, to a state senator (’96 –’08), Rabon has been involved in shaping public policy that supported economic growth across Indian Country. Rabon lobbied on behalf on Tribal governments in the gasoline, tobacco and gaming compacts with the state of Oklahoma. Four years was dedicated to working as a Regional Manager for Choctaw Management Services Enterprise (the Choctaw Nation’s 8A) on behalf of federal government contracts.

ASEDA Project Coordinator
Project coordinator David Deer previously worked six years in finance with the Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma. He is also a veteran of the United States Army.
